Terms and Conditions

~ ANY changes, amendments, cancellations or not meeting our policy terms and conditions will incur a $50 Admin fee

~ Our products contain NO Preservatives & when we say NO Preservatives we really mean NO PRESERVATIVES.

Once opened the products need to be portioned in to meal sized packs & frozen OR kept refrigerated & used with 2 days.

Return Policy ~Please choose carefully, we DO NOT offer refunds, returns, credits or exchanges of any form on perishable goods.

Pick Up Order Policy ~Please wait to be contacted before collecting your order, you will be notified by email as soon as we know when your order will be ready to deliver to the pick up point you have selected to be collected from. ORDERS ARE STORED IN SHOP COOLROOM & FROZEN ITEMS MAY DEFROST IF NOT COLLECTED PROMPTLY. Please collect ASAP within 24 HOURS OF COLLECTION READY TIME to ensure freshness of the preservative-free food. Any food not collected by Saturday close of business will be discarded and not refunded or replaced as per our terms and conditions. ~If you are unable to commit to pick up on the days and times specified please do not choose this option. Please note we cannot be held liable for the handling and storage of orders once delivered to the third party pick up location.

Delivery Policy ~Please ensure you have filled out your full delivery address correctly to avoid an admin fee for any changes after submitting your order. We cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address if it is provided as such. Delivery is to approved Perth metro suburbs only, Please read the full list via the FAQ page as selecting a suburb outside of this area will incur a cancellation fee.

~ We do not take responsibility for orders once delivered if left unattended. If no delivery instructions are specified in the notes section of the cart our driver will leave your order in the most suitable shady location close to your door. We are unable to add delivery instructions after your order is submitted.

~Please note drivers are unable to phone customers regarding their order delivery and we are unable to provide updates or time windows.

~Deliveries go out 8am-7pm from Thursday to Fridays, due to the large volume of orders and traffic conditions we cannot predict the delivery time or provide updates. If your delivery address is a business address please ensure someone will be there until 7pm to receive the order, we cannot take responsibility for orders delivered during our delivery hours should the business be closed at the time of delivery,

~If you aren't expecting to be home during our delivery time frame please leave instructions for our driver in the notes section for a preferred safe spot to leave your order, or you can also leave your own esky or cooler bag for us to leave your chilled and frozen items in on delivery. Leave a note in the notes section of your cart and on the esky on the day.

~Your order is delivered in non-insulated cardboard boxes, any frozen or chilled items left for long periods of time may spoil (just like when you leave them in a car). ~If the above delivery conditions aren't convenient for you please select pick up at the time of placing you order only.
